The first thing you need to consider is what to wear your t shirt with. The most obvious option is to wear your t shirt with smart trousers that you would usually wear to the office. If its Illustrator resolution doesn't apply, but when using Photoshop its suggested to be in color mode RGB 8-bit, with resolution 300 DPI. Some suggested t-shirt design size is standard (17.5" x 19"), oversized (19" x 25") or All-over (40" x 35").
