Don ends up at the bar with Ed Baxter, sharing a drink. "I've been telling Ken you should get out of the business altogether," Ed says to Don. "Why's that?" Don asks, sneaking a glance at another executive. "I'd introduce you to him," Ed says, gesturing to the guy, "But I don't want you to waste your time." Don's confused. "He's on the board. He obviously likes my work," he says. "He loves your work. They all do. But they don't like you." Don looks like he's been kicked in the groin. "What?" "This crowd. They bury your desk in awards, but they'll never work with you. Not after that letter. How could they after you bit the hand?" Ed sees Don's look, and gives a weak apology before buying them another round. Don is devastated at this news.

The ABC player was one of the first apps released for the iPad and many of us wondered what's taking all the other networks so long release their versions. Video's load very quickly and video quality is excellent for both streams in WIFI and 3G. Of course, WIFI, with its greater bandwidth allows for better video quality than streaming over any current 3G network. 3G video play back was tested on AT&T 3G network and we haven't tested on other networks such as Sprint, Verizon, or T-Mobile. Video quality was good and audio was excellent with both video and audio syncing perfectly.

My cable company had a DVR box and I would set a particular program to record each time that program came on so that by the end of finals I would have many different episodes of that show to watch.

Jack states heroically (blech) that he'll help get everyone on the sub, but that he's not leaving the island. Just 'cause he's special. Sawyer makes Jack pinky-swear (well, not quite....) that he'll make sure that Fake Locke doesn't make it on the sub, no matter what it takes.

Watch Episode Usually the first episode of The Bachelorette feels a little like a frat party. Beefy guys all competing to make it into the frat (or into the girls pants heart.) This year was even worse than usual. Honestly, I did not like any of the suitors the show found for Des. I am not sure if it has to do with the lack of quality guys our age, yes we are about the same age, or if she just has horrible taste, but the quality was not there. Which leads me to wonder if our generation of guys is just not having the best time this decade. The economic downturn, emerging adulthood, or prolonged adolescence has made the men on the Bachelorette actually seem strangely familiar to me. But this is about Des so I will stick to the topic at hand.

So the conclusion is that the software is worth pursuing and definitely, using the most popular software to watch satellite TV on PC today is an enjoyable experience. If you need more information, why don't you hop onto my satellite TV blog and find out more?

The dragon slayer, of course, was the cry baby of the week, taking Boston Rob's position from the previous episode. Coach is a formidable doofus and the only thing he slays is his comedic punch lines for the show. They showed no romantic overtures between him and the black widow, so I'm assuming either they are downplaying it or it just didn't work out. I guess we will find out at the Reunion Show.
