We can all assume what Batman would probably prefer wearing. In Wayne's World, Wayne and Garth did a split, with Mike Meyers taking black and Dana Carvey throwing on white (and sometimes black) under an unbuttoned plaid shirt. Look, the 90's were all about grunge.

Half tones and PMS colors: It can be very costly to use high resolution pictures and full tone colors. Budget constraints, often call for the use of halftones. In order to achieve this, the color scale must be toned down to the PMS color percentage.

Digital printing technique uses a digital frame for printing. This technique provides selection of design and prints the chosen design in absolutely no time much faster than screen printing technique. This method definitely saves a lot of precious time. Variation in styles can be attained using this technique. A company that specializes in digital printing technique may offer a variety of designs printed on T-shirts.

Another method is Direct To Garment (DTG) printing. This is a method of running the actual shirt through a printer which prints the image on to the shirt just as a standard in home ink jet printer would print out a document from your computer. This is a higher end option at this time with some printers going for around $25,000. You could get a used on for around $16,000, but it would take a lot of shirts to pay off that large of an investment.

One helpful tip is to make the T shirt design size much larger than the actual size when printed.

You'll need to know how many colours you can work with too. You don't want to create a fantastic design only to discover that you've used too many colours.
