Well, depending on the design, you can wear custom shirts to work, at parties, and for other events. Custom tees also make great gifts or great party favors in special events. For example, plenty of birthdays and reunions have been celebrated with customized t-shirts bearing the photo of the birthday celebrant at the celebrating family.

To start with you have to get creative. Open up a new image in your desktop publishing program sized 305mm x 305mm or 2100 x 2100 pixels and 100 resolution. It is quite a big space and will fit on the centre front of the T-shirt.

Another method is Direct To Garment (DTG) printing. This is a method of running the actual shirt through a printer which prints the image on to the shirt just as a standard in home ink jet printer would print out a document from your computer. There has been some talk in the design community of the ink drying or clumping up in these machines, but I have seen the work they do and it looks great and feels great on the shirt. This is a higher end option at this time with some printers going for around $25,000. You could get a used on for around $16,000, but it would take a lot of shirts to pay off that large of an investment.

However, the problem's not only about how to remove the stain as quickly as possible. You also need to be able to remove it safely. There's no use getting rid of the stain if you'll damage the t-shirt in the process.

Another reason for the popularity of T shirt design competitions that it's an ideal way for people who want to get into design or fashion to get recognised. They might also want to see how they do when compared against the competition, or profession T shirt designers.

You can use oxygen bleach in this case. Chlorine bleach can do a good job at removing stains from white materials, but will degrade colored ones. Oxygen bleach is safe to use on both white and colored t-shirts, however, it's always safe to test it on a tiny portion of a shirt first before using. More than just being able to remove stains from colored t-shirts, oxygen bleach is also environment-friendly. That way, you can wash your clothes without worrying about your impact on the environment.

Polyester won't shrink when initially washed, in fact it will never shrink. A polyester t-shirt will stay the same size forever, unless it is physically altered in some way. Polyester t-shirts wont fade as quick, in fact they will last a lot longer. They become much more washable because of the number of wash cycles they can last before they start to show their age. One of the biggest benefits of polyester is that it doesn't wrinkle. Wear a 100% polyester t-shirt and there is absolutely no need to iron it because it will already be wrinkle fee straight out of the dryer. Polyester does have its draw backs. It isn't as comfortable to wear as cotton. It doesn't breath like cotton, which means that sweat and body heat doesn't escape from it as easy, making it a hotter t-shirt to wear.

You can have short sleeves, no sleeves and the newest is the half sleeve for those who want to go sleeveless but feel more comfortable with just a little sleeve at the top of the maternity t-shirt. Long sleeve maternity t-shirts are also available but not as popular as are the shorter sleeved t-shirts.
