There are two ways to design your shirt. Either you just do it online since there are already companies that allow you to buy online. They provide a program wherein you can upload photos or personal design you want. Then you can do transaction with them through their website also. You can also design your shirt by manually doing it. The advantage about this is of course, you spend less and you don't need to wait for days or weeks before you can wear your shirt. You just need to prepare the graphic to be printed in your transfer sheet, iron it then after a few minutes you can already wear your very own unique shirt.

Designs at actual size: It is quite common that the designer and printer's vision of the design do not match up to their expectations. Thus it is advised that the artwork should be made in its actual original size. In such situations, it is advisable to get an estimate of the size by using a long scale and a plain T shirt. Just pick up a long scale and give the printer an estimate of the artwork you plan to have.
When there are two sides to a debate there is almost always a compromise. The same is true with cotton and polyester, a 50/50 blend of the two was soon invented to appease both sides of the debate. These 50/50 blends have a lot of advantages and very few disadvantages. They bring the best of both worlds to one t-shirt. They have the comfort and breathability of cotton with the durability of polyester. They aren't going to shrink as much and they aren't going to wrinkle as much. Of course, a 50/50 blend isn't going to be as comfortable as a 100% cotton shirt but it also isn't going to be as hot as a 100% polyester shirt. That's why its called a compromise.
